Our Refurbished Process :
- All rails top and Front are replaced if considered to be un-slightly.
- All coils are pressure tested and all txv valves are replaced with new if needed.
- Ground Fault tests applied to all Fan Motors and are replaced if they fail.
- All Bulbs and Ballasts are tested and replaced if needed.
- All electrical is held to the manufactures original specifications and are replaced if they fail ground fault tests.
- Any color food grade paint can be applied to panels, on-top of the body work that is completed. This can be completed as per customers request and requirements.
- Pressure tests are completed and corrected where necessary to any of the display cases.
- Rust inhibitors are applied.
- All Equipment is disassembled, completely cleaned. All electrical is tested.
- All trim, gaskets and wiring is replaced where needed.
