Every great team needs someone who keeps the numbers humming while the business keeps moving. Today, we’re excited to introduce Harman Gill, Financial Controller at Raimac Industries, who has been with us since 2023.

Harman graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2016, earning a double major in Finance and Accounting. He began his career at HUB Insurance, where he spent more than four years as a Staff Accountant, building a strong financial foundation in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

From there, Harman brought his expertise to Willow Spring Construction, serving as Accounting Manager for three years. Working closely with complex projects and growth cycles gave him firsthand experience in how strong financial leadership supports real-world operations.

Driven by a passion for growth and new challenges, Harman made the leap across industries and joined Raimac Industries as our Financial Controller. His background in insurance, construction, and now foodservice equipment gives him a well-rounded perspective on strategy, structure, and scale.
