Today we’re shining the spotlight on a familiar face across the Interior. Meet Chris Baecker, Sales Representative for the Interior, and a true original in the world of food equipment.

Chris has called the Okanagan home for 25 years, after growing up in South Delta and originally moving to Canada from Germany as a kid. His journey blends old-world craftsmanship with hands-on industry know-how, the kind you only get by living it.

He’s been in food equipment sales since the age of 15, with deep expertise in sausage and butcher equipment, plus chicken program training and setup. Before joining Raimac, Chris worked with Vancouver Butchers and Packers, and he’s now proudly been part of the Raimac Industries family for 9 years.

Chris also spent three years attending school in Germany as a teenager, training as an electrical engineer. Add to that a legacy most people can only admire: he comes from a six-generation family of sausage makers. Chris is a fully capable sausage maker himself and has earned multiple awards for his craft 🏆🌭

When it comes to experience, tradition, and practical knowledge, Chris brings it all to the table. We’re proud to have him representing Raimac across the Interior.
