Raimac Industries has proudly served Canada since 1917 — a company that is not only Canadian-owned, but employee-owned, built and sustained by the people who have dedicated their careers to its success. For more than a century, Raimac has been passed from one generation of committed employees to the next, each contributing their knowledge, passion, and craftsmanship to move the company forward.
David’s story with Raimac began over 33 years ago, starting in the shipping department. From those early days, he developed a deep understanding of the business from the ground up — learning the products, connecting with customers, and building relationships across every level of the company. What began as an entry-level role grew into a remarkable journey of leadership, perseverance, and continuous growth.
Over the decades, David has worn many hats, always leading with integrity and a commitment to service. His hands-on experience has shaped the way he guides Raimac today: with respect for its history, dedication to its employees, and a vision for strengthening the company’s future as a leader in the Canadian food-service equipment industry.
David’s impact extends beyond Raimac. He has been deeply involved in the community, including meaningful work with Scouts Canada, where he contributed to mentorship and youth development over the past 30 years— values he continues to promote within our company culture.
Today, we are proud to introduce you to David McMullen, a true example of what Raimac stands for: leadership grown from experience, a commitment to people, and a belief in building a company where employees don’t just work — they belong.
